Join the Prairie Cycle Club and support cycling in Central Illinois.

Prairie Cycle Club (PCC) is a local not-for-profit social group for bicyclists in Champaign and adjacent counties. Whether you're a beginner, recreational rider, touring cyclist, or racer, there is a place for you here.
Why Join PCC?

Your membership dues are the engine that keeps our club running. Benefits include:

  • Free Club Route Navigation: Use the Ride With GPS app to get turn-by-turn voice navigation and offline maps for any of our local club routes.
  • Club Events & Socials: Enjoy food, drinks, and camaraderie at our TdF Cookout, end-of-season rides, and annual winter meetings.
  • Secondary Insurance: Coverage during official, scheduled PCC club rides.
  • Advocacy & Support: Funding for local cycling advocacy efforts, route development, and safety programs.

Membership Terms

Start Date: A membership begins as soon as club dues are paid.
End Date: Memberships normally expire on December 31. New riders who join on or after July 28 receive membership for the rest of the current season and the entire following season.

Those with financial hardship can receive a membership fee waiver by emailing a request to membership@prairiecycleclub.org.

* Cycling involves inherent risks, and all participants are responsible for their own safety and decisions while riding.

Join or Renew Today
Student / Fixed Income $15 / year
for students or dues-paying individuals belonging to any of Champaign County Bikes, The Bike Project or WildCard Cycling.
Individual $20 / year
for other individuals.
Household $25 / year
for a household (multiple individuals occupying the same residence).
