Organize a PCC Ride

Bring Riders Together — No Board Approval Required

PCC members are encouraged to organize rides! These can be anything from an impromptu Show & Go ride to a longer planned ride or a ride to a favorite destination.

Guidelines
  • The ride organizer should be a current PCC member and serves as the ride leader.
  • Announce the ride to the PCC email list as a PCC member-organized ride and provide the start time and location, along with distance, pace, and other information as appropriate.
  • PCC Ride Rules apply to all PCC rides.
  • PCC does not purchase or provide alcoholic beverages. Participants are responsible for their own purchases and consumption.
  • No participation fee may be charged.
Announcing Your Ride

Members can announce rides through the PCC email list. Impromptu Show & Go rides are welcome, as are rides planned farther in advance.

Ride with GPS

PCC can add routes for member-organized rides to the club's Ride with GPS library, providing participants with access to turn-by-turn navigation.

Note: Member-organized rides are a great way to share favorite routes, bring riders together, and create more opportunities to ride with the PCC community.
